2. What data we process

We process only the data required to deliver our services:

  • Booking data: name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination address, date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage count, notes, chosen vehicle class and the price agreed afterwards.
  • Contact form data: name, email, phone number, message.
  • Technical data: IP address, time of access, page requested, browser type — within the hosting provider's server logs.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Processing takes place to perform the contract (carrying out the booked journey), to communicate with you, to meet statutory retention obligations and to ensure the technical operation of the website.

4. Processors and recipients

We use carefully selected service providers to deliver our services. They process data solely on our behalf and on our instructions:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery of the website (servers in the EU).
  • Supabase — database for bookings (PLACEHOLDER — confirm region, EU recommended).
  • Resend — delivery of confirmation and notification emails.
  • Google Maps Platform — address suggestions and distance calculation in the booking form.
  • PLACEHOLDER — add further services (analytics, payment providers) once in use.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no marketing or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed. PLACEHOLDER — update once analytics or advertising pixels are introduced; a consent banner is then required.

6. Retention

Booking data is retained for the duration of statutory retention periods (in Switzerland generally ten years for business records) and deleted thereafter. Contact enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after twelve months at the latest.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to data release and portability. Please write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Data security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Booking data is transmitted encrypted and stored in a database accessible only to authorised persons on the server side.
